I am currently tasked with a project that requires a max of 5 ohms and using grounding rods, however the location were this is to take place has a depth of about 3 ft of soil then run into corral. This is guam. I am looking at grounding plates but do not know how much voltage these withstand. Open for suggestions. Lights are to use about 7 amps
