I have looked at other posts but my situation is a little different. We are installing two 200 amp services in a home. One for heating/cooling the other is
for everything else and they are metered separately. There is an isolation switch with the meters located on the property.

My question list of questions is:
What is the proper way to attach to the ufer ground at the house?
Can they share a common conductor?
Would you be required to install ground rods on both services or can they share a common conductor and rods?
Would you be required to run a grounding conductor with the service wires as in 547.9 (B)(3)

BTW, this is not a farm

To say the least I am thoroughly confused on the proper installation.

Maloo you can run a common grounding electrode conductor and tap to each service disconnect per article 250.64 D1. You can also use a common electrode per article 250.58.

547.9b3 is for multiple agricultural buildings.
