That is how I like, but I found this in NEC 2014 (I think they have in others years too)
Look closely at the illustration. From building 1 to building 2 is an existing feed and was code legal in the past. Current code is what you want, like the one pictured from building 2 to 3.So, if there is NOT a metallic patch between a manufactured house (building 1) and the garage/shop (building 2 - metal siding) I have to keep neutral and ground bonded at this sub-panel. Right? Mandatory? (don't like it)
