Qeustion is from a masters test. How often does Code reqire that chemicals in an electrolytic grounding elctrode be checked and, if neceessary, replenished.

The code has no requirements for the use of electrolytic grounding electrodes that I am aware of. If the listing instructions require periodic replacement then 110.3(B) would apply.
