Main service panel. Looking for feedback and feedback for 100percent correctness as to grounding for my main service panel.

Agreed, I see Equipment Grounds (bonding conductors) but the panel does not appear to be Grounded (earthed)

if you are installing to the 2017 NEC or 2020, the service disconnect is missing the line side shield
