grounding

I am changing over a service for a medical center. I was wondering if you had input on the best and most cost effective way to put in a Isolated grounding system for hospital grade service?

i would request information from the facility's engineer what is required. years ago i did a catscan unit that required a "chemical ground" -- i think it cost about 4k! a properly sized and installed ground conductor back to the power source is the best in my book, but i would not take the responsiblity on a medical facility!
