on the secondary side of a transformer is there a need for an egc.this is whats considerded a seperately derived system and a new service at this point,from what i understand and at what point in the transformer is the bonding locknut or bonding bushing used. i've come across some that have not had either

Only reason I can think not to off the load side is that it's less than 250V.

But for me, seems I've always apply grounding bushings in the trannie!
