Grounds for two services side by side

I’m installing a panel rack that will have two services 200amp( two meters and two load centers side by side). Do I have to install two ground rods for each service or just one set and share?

If they are on the same building or structure they are required to share the same grounding electrode system. Read 250.58

Whatever you install, they have to share it. A structure is only supposed to have one grounding electrode system.
