Grounds passing thru wireway

I have about 30 homerun conduits with 12's and 10's passing through a gutter. Is there any reason I can't pass all the wires thru including the grounds unbroken as long as I ground the wireway with #10? and where does the code address this...or does it? I started to put ground bars with separate termination holes but I figured I would ask first. I've always heard this jobsite scuttlebutt but never tried to verify it.

Are the conduits of the 250.118 type? If so and no joints or splices are made then see 250.148.

30 home runs would make me wonder about derating in the gutter???

I agree with Chris. No need to install a ground bar if the conductors are unbroken. Derating might be another story.

It might well be easier to add the ground bar to the gutter and only have to bring in one ground wire from that point. Cuts down on the clutter too.
