Hi All,
On the phone with an inspector the other day he brought to my attention that by code the exposed DC conductors of a ground mount need to be properly "guarded". I remember being aware of this but our inspectors on sight around here have never brought it up in the past and have been fine without it (likely because they are unaware of the rule).
Are any of you here addressing this? I suppose the easiest thing in a way is a fence around the whole thing, but nobody wants that.
Maybe some sort of paneling that is applied to the underside of the modules?
Or maybe just leave it alone until an inspector actually says something?
thanks for the input
