Guest House Service/Feeder

Good evening, I have 2 separate guest houses (part of a hotel) 120' and 140' away from the main meter panel and am trying to verify the minimum over current protection to use. Each unit is less then 300 sq.ft. and has no more than a 40 amp combined load.
Section 230.79(D) All Others. For all other installations, the service disconnect means shall have a rating of not less than 60 amperes.
Am I in the right section?

Do these guest houses fit the NEC definition of a dwelling unit?

Wait, are these feeders or service conductors? Makes a difference.

Although very similar you need article 225.39 for feeders
230.79 is for services

Thank you gentlemen for your replies.
I wouldn't classify the guest house as a dwelling as it has provision for sleeping and sanitation only.
These are feeders as they are going from the service equipment to an exterior panel board.
So 225.39(D) would/should apply.
