how do I calculate the load for a guest house with no kitchen. Do I calculate it like a single family dwelling or what. This will be fed from a new service form a new dwelling and I am trying to do the load calculting for the new service and will be feeding the existing guest house form the new house.

Welcome to the Forum.

As buck pointed out, not a dwelling unit.

Dwelling Unit. A single unit, providing complete and independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, cooking, and sanitation.
More like this.

Guest Room. An accommodation combining living, sleeping, sanitary, and storage facilities within a compartment.
So my guess is T220.42 for lighting and T220.44 for receptacles. Is there AC/heat or water heater?
