Gut Change

Does anyone know if the guts of a Siemens G4040B1200CU will interchange with the G4040MB1200? I have a Siemens G4040MB1200 that I need to replace the guts in. :-?

Yes the tubs are the same. In face they even make a conversion kit for adding a main breaker to a main lug panel. Part # MBK200A.
