We installed a 12"×12"×9' gutter directly chased to our ewall main distribution panel. All of our branch circuit conduits land to the top of this gutter. My question is do conductors that cross from one side of this gutter to the other have to be adjusted as current carrying conductors in a raceway. Or would this be considered as an auxiliary gutter and no additional adjustment factors apply?

First that would be a wireway and not an auxiliary gutter. Next see 376.22(B). If can layout the conductor so there are 30 or less current carrying conductors, no ampacity adjustment is required. If you exceed 30, the ampacity adjustment starts at 40%.

Sounds like a wireway and not an auxiliary gutter but either way you need to derate when the number of CCC at any cross section exceeds 30.

By across, do you mean along its length or through it in the 12" direction? How many wires?

For it to be a gutter, it would have to have an open side mated to an open side of the panel.
