Gutters and drain pipes

Running low voltage (12V) landscape lighting wire through roof gutters and drain pipes is not something I would ever do, but I'm wondering if the NEC code specifically prohibits this. Note: this wire is rated for direct burial and is UV resistant.

Can anyone cite code that addresses this?

Ice might be a problem, depending on which side of the Mason-Dixon line you are.
