Guys who use Accubid

Good evening guys, On aAccubids older versions 2004- 2005 models. From what I understand, it comes with a USB security device that plugs into the computer so you can use the disc. Is this correct? So you can only use the disc on one computer at a time? If an EC was retiring and I wanted to get his CD and Security device, It should work on my computer Right?

Yes, you need the security dongle in order for the program to work. My copy of Accubid is so old it uses a dongle that plugs into the parallel port.

If you contact Accubid they will want you to sign up for a license. It's a yearly fee to use the software. I opted against that.
