H-Taps

There are two different ways to bring your wires into an H-tap connector (if your using it as a splice, not a tap) :
1. Both wires in the same end.
2. Wires in opposite ends.

Any preferences out there?

Depends on the situation- If i need to extend a wire thats too short Ill come in then out the opposite side-If splicing in a jb in and out the same side, depending on how I need to tuck the wires in the box

Yeah, whichever way lays the nicest in the can or gutter. If you're doing an aerial tap, the only way it looks right is one in each end.
