Hair dryer wall mount?

Lets say we are installing and wiring multiple 1600w wall mount (plug in)120v hair dryers. this is a non continuous load of course. but i would think in my mind they would have the potential of multiple being on at one time (early in the am between 7-9am).

Being that I know what the receptacle load is and what they are ultimately going to be used for, I should not calculate that receptacle at 180VA, Correct? what are some of your thoughts on this there (is 98of them). would like to avoid a dedicated ckt to each. I think I know where this is going to go, but I would like other opinions and thoughts on it.

I am guessing this is a Hotel / Motel type of occupancy?

IMO separate circuits are the only way to go from both a practical and code standpoint.

It is a Hotel, And i Agree not 98 will be in use at those times, but there is a good possibility of a Unknown amount being used at the same time especially in the am, and there would be no way of knowing how many or which ones. thats all I was getting at.

just looking for either agreement/disagreement or other opinions.
 
More than one active at a time trips a 20A breaker, so is there really any choice? 120/208Y saves a bit of wire, but I don't see how it can be any other way.
