Hair removal and lipo

Here is a pretty strange question? Would you classify an occupancy that does laser hair removal and liposuction as a health care facility?
 
Laser hair removal is questionalble-leave that to the AHJ. Liposuction is a surgical procedure and would fit the requirements of 517.2. IF both procedures are performed in the same occupancy than IMO yes 517 applies.
