Hair Salon Training Center Transformers

I was recently asked to look at a job for a new training facility for hairdressers. Here is what I'm looking at:

1- 300 Training stations with 2-120 volt/20 amp duplex receptacles in each station on a dedicated circuit for each location.
2- Building service is 277/480 with a 1600 amp distribution board.
3- Installation will include 8 new 200 amp 120/208 volt panels.

I'm looking to find the calculation needed to size the transformers needed to supply this load. Should there be a demand factor associated with this type of installation?

Hmm. Lighting is easy enough, just go with the barbershop VA/square foot. Or the school.
