Halo Can Lights and Trims

Can I use a Halo 301-P trim with a regular new construction IC rated Halo can...6”

I didn’t see it listed on the compatiable trims on the inside of the can but I cannot think any danger.

Also I ended up not buying the Halo trims mentioned above this morning, I bought some “EcoSmart” all in one trim/bulbs. You just screw them into the socket.

Are those okay with Halo new construction IC cans?

Fifty million different options and I’m not familiar with all the nuances.

Looks like I’ll be taking these I bought back to Home Depot. I read on the box they are suitable for damp locations.... only after leaving the store did I notice they are “Indoor”

So these are to be used outdoors?

The Juno 6RLD is rated for wet locations.
