Has anyone used these for on site billing for service work?? Getting tough again for payment from some of our customers??

Yes, carbon copy paper, I fill it out, hand it to them. Then wait for a check. I make it clear before starting that payment is expected as soon as we're done. Unless it's a property manager, contractor or prior arrangements have been made.
You've got to watch the contractors now. No more of letting a couple bills pile up before giving it to them.

I have been using Square with good success. Bake the fee into your pricing then offer cash discount. Nice to have that money in the account in a couple days instead of wondering if they sent a check and if they really did send it when it's going to show up.

Yes hit them with the 2 hr min from the start then let them know it can go up from there
