I am trying to find the minimum size conductor that should be used to bond a hand rail to a lightning protection system located at a commercial building. Does anyone know where this can be found? NFPA 780? UL96A? Any input would help.

Thanks.

NFPA 780 lists bonding conductors for either class I or class II structures
as 26240cir mils, for CU or 41100cir mils for AL.

In NFPA 780, 2011 Edition, refer to Table 4.1.1.1.1 for Class I structures
and Table 4.1.1.1.2 for Class II structures.

Class I structures are defined as "ordinary structures" less than 75 ft. in
height.........Class II structures are defined as "ordinary structures" more
than 75 ft. in height.
