Hello. Exhibit 250.54 in the handbook has me a bit confused. There is a neutral-ground bond located inside each disconnect as well as in the neutral terminal block in the gutter above them. Wouldn't this create a parallel path for the load neutral current to return on? I picture current coming back on the neutral and then some of it transferring to the conduit, gutter, and then back to the neutral terminal block in the gutter. What am I not getting? Would the current divide at this point? Thanks in advance for the responses.
