Happy Birthday Forum!

Perhaps many have missed this item located in the "Statistics" portion of the forum's homepage but it reads: This board was set up 365 days ago. Well, let me say to what I now consider a warm and respected group of colleagues, the moderators, the forum itself, and Mike Holt, Happy Birthday and Thank-you!

It's nice to have a constant where you can ask a question, or pose a statement, and have so many learned people respond.

Thanks for bringing that to our attention! As of today we have 14452 members, all of them had to register when the forum was relaunched last year.
Initially we had some complaints on the new format, but as a moderator, this format is easier to manage. It was our webmasters suggest to change to the Infopop format, Danny, we thank you.
We tried to have a special announcement with our 10,000 member, but never heard back from that person, maybe we'll try again with #15,000.
Its been my privilege to moderate this post, always educational, and sometimes fun.

Guys I found this site by mistake,was searcing Yahoo and stumbled on the old site,i loved it. Then the new site emerged it semmed stuffy,but now We have a place to to ask, vent,and just be us.I have said it before ,Thanks MIKE HOLT for this place to go.

Ditto, the others. Allen I remember the change from the old to new, and feeling the loss of the old forum was like saying goodbye to a friend. Now I don't think I would want to go back even if given the option

This year has been great and I really appreciate the opportunity to participate. I can't believe how much I have learned from you guys (that includes gals). It is really great to get opposing viewpoints and to get caught shooting from the lip. This forum teaches you and gives you a chance to teach, allows you to meet new friends and to see old ones, and helps you keep in touch with the real world and permits you to vent. I am thankful to be a part of this forum, Thank you Mike, Danny, Tom, and the rest of the moderators.
