Hard to find changes

Have you come across changes in the '08 NEC that are sort of 'hidden', or the wording does not seem like much, but the meaning is very important?

Aren't they all important in one way or another based on perspective??? Well except the exceptions made for any new patented manufacturer product - it's the 'required' mandatory use of products that get me.... In many of the incarnations of the document - (like the free on-line one) the changes are highlighted - or should I say shaded.... And as you well know there are whole books out there just based on the changes and impact....
