Haz class permissible voltage

The question has come up about cell phones, electric watches, hearing aid batteries being in a classified area. Is there a permissible voltage level for Class l Div ll or how about Class l Div l?

ISA has some guidance in Class I, Div. 2 locations for small portable and personal electronic devices and blanket cover some without needing to have labeling or listing for hazardous locations.
