H/RC 0 was removed from table 130.7(c)(16) because the new PPE table only specifies PPE for work in the AF boundary.

On some MCC here the buckets are a '0' IE is .57cal. with 11" af boundary . Where does the boundary start at the back of the bucket or front ? Would I be considered in the AF boundary ? I know I have to have gloves rated for the voltage in the buckets. What other PPE is required ? Hard hats and safety glasses are everyday wear.
To do troubleshooting in a bucket that was a "0" can be confusing.
Thanks in advance for your help.

The Arc Flash Boundary is defined in NFPA 70E and would be from the energized components. If your hands are in the bucket, I would say you are within the Arc Flash Boundary.

Your PPE for that level of incident energy would be long sleeve shirt and pants made of nonmelting or untreated natural fiber. Other PPE would be in accordance with your safety program.
