HCF Cable in Oshpod 3 Project

Good Afternoon
We are currently in process of our rough electrical in a general care clinic. I have searched all documents to determine if HCF (hospital grade MC) is permitted on the project.
The rating is oshpod 3. Unfortunately I can not find any document that clarifies the usage for oshpod 3. Only for standard oshpod.

I would greatly appreciate any input, links to doc, etc.
