HDMI parallel to 12/2

Hi,

I am running 12/2 wires, speaker wire and HDMi cable right next to each other for about ten feet. The THHN/THWN wires are in rigid conduit. Should I put the HDMI cable in EMT conduit to protect against any interference? Or, is that unnecessary? Thanks.
