What are the rules covering these facilities (other than 517)? I think its something like ACA?

AHCA is the Agency for Health Care Administration and is the AHJ for Hospitals in FL. Years ago it was called HRS I believe, even though there was another Fl agency called HRS as well.
Besides all of the NEC and article 517, NFPA 99, 101, 110 would probably apply as well as others.
