Hello.
I watched the video Mike about Health Care Wiring Methods

How can I lay the wires in concrete if I can’t use PVC? I need a outlet in the floor. I don't have crawlspace.
 
EMT with the proper corrosion protection.
Personally I would use RMC

To take it another step, if the receptacle is on the critical branch it can not even be installed in a flexible metallic raceway.

IMO, if it is in the slab (not under it) and over a moisture barrier, it doesn't need to be RMC or corrosion protected, IMO.
