Heat pump AHU

I have a AHU no strips min 1 amp max 15. I have it on 15 amp fuses. I got a heat pump min 20 amps max 35. I have both AHU and heat pump on on 30 amp breaker. Is this a code violation to have both units on one breaker

Are you running a 30 amp cable to a point near the units then setting a junction box and running to each units fused disconnect with 30 amp cable?

I think we need a description and diagram of how they are wired. Like, does one feed the other and/or if there's any additional overcurrent device for the heat-pump. Not enough info otherwise.
