Heat pump in a Fire command room

Hello,

Is the heat pump serving the fire command room need to be connected to Life safety Per IBC 911.1.6.?

This code didn't mention that specifically. It seems like it's an engineering decision, but I would like to know your thoughts on this.

Please provide me with a code or a manual that agree or disagree with the above statement
