heat pumps and service calculation

Any recommendations on sizing the service entrance for a new church that will by using four - 5 Ton heat pumps. Right now each unit has 20kW auxillary heat in two 10kW stages. Are there any diversity allowances for the auxillary heat, similar to 220.82 (C)? Other loads are small compared to the HVAC.

You need to go through the drill of adding all the loads, even if you are sure the HVAC is larger than all others. But, regrettably, I see no demand factor that would apply to the heat pumps. This is not a dwelling unit, and most demand factors only apply to dwelling units. It is very possible that all four heat pumps will be running with both stages of heat. So you need to include every bit of it in your service calculation.
