Heat rejection of indoor FR3 transformers

Does anyone have good resources for assessing the heat rejection of an FR3 transformer located indoors? What is the BTU/h rejected into the space from the heated fluid and how does it compare with equivalent kVA rated dry type transformers?

And understand that this will give you watts of energy loss, BTUs/Hr is something you will have to calculate from that.
