Heated floor

I'm installing a heated floor on the second floor bathroom. There is a spare circuit in the attic, but it is using a shared neutral with the fan and service receptacle for the attic. Is that going to cause problems with the GFCI function in the thermostat? Floor will be 120v.

No. The GFCI protection will not be an issue. You'll need to use a 2-pole breaker or a handle tie on the MWBC.
