I'm installing 10 infared heating panels on a celling for a customer

In trying to think if I need a service switch at each unit or if the breaker is acceptable

The panel is not really in sight of the units. It's in the same floor but behind a door

What does the code say in regards to this I looked through 424 so far but can't see anything yet 424.19 (c) says that a switch can be used as the a disconnecting means but doesn't say anything about it needing to be on the celling by the units themselves. Thoughts?

If the switch (thermostat) is used as the disconnecting means then it can be within sight. Read 424.19 NEC 2020 all the way through.

But it sounds like thermostat only controls relays that control the heaters. I don't think thermostat would qualify as disconnecting means here.
Yes one thermostat with relays will control all units
