Installing a wall mounted electric heater in a stairwell. 120VAC 1500W heater. The power will come from a panel in the next room across the room above the drop ceiling. The drop ceiling has HVAC duct work running through it. And this is in a industrial business office space.
My question is where / what part of the NEC code will cover the type of wire / wiring method ?
I apologize but I'm an industrial controls designer and this type of stuff is out of my wheel house. Though I have been tasked with it. (somehow!).
So any guidance would be appreciated.
