Good morning Gents,
Question.....
5000 sq ft house has radiant in floor heat as its heating source. We have a boiler for this system 120A @ 240v. With this boiler there are (5) small circ pumps to circulate water through the 6 zones. My question is do these circ pumps get calculated into the heat load when doing a load calculation for a single family dwelling or do their values get calculated as a cord and plug appliance at which they would be calculated at 75% per 220.53?
These circ pumps are not the largest motor load and there are 3 small split systems for AC but I believe the radiant in floor heat to be the largest load.
Thanks team!
