Height of outdoor panel

I was looking through the NEC and could not find anything on the min. height requirements for out door panels. I'm just thinking about things like flooding and snow drifts.

Any thoughts?

There is no NEC minimum height for an outdoor panel except for mobile homes (See 550.32(F) for mobile homes).
