Hello I need help

I am glad you have found this site but it is not our job to give out pricing on a daily basis. You need to buy a good pricing manual. Everyone here will be glad to help you but if we help on simple things like this you will never learn. But I will tell you a simple way is to price your materials from the supply house and mark them up what ever you want, but be reasonable and add the time of the job by your hourly rate and you have it . Good luck and remember experence make the best electrican. Semper Fi. Buddy

The panel and conduit are already there?
How much wire needs to be pulled....single phase, three phase

How far?
What type and number of penetrations need to be made?
Ceiling heights?

Clearly, not enough information is given.

Thanks for helping

Thanks for helping

It is a new service no panel there now. Single phase 2/0 wire 90 feet to the drop.(30x3).The run for the pipe is 100ft, 200ft, 300ft and 400ft(1') for sub-panels. Each floor is 10,000 sq ft.Each cieling is 25 ft high.the ckt's for each floor is: running 6 ckt's for rec 1 for lighting and 1 for a/c-heat(220 30 amp).

Hmmm... How much are all the materials? How much do you want to pay yourself < taxes and overhead?

Otherwise I would say roughly $350K. That would allow me to have some other joker bid and do the work as a sub, while I was on vacation somewhere really nice.

is it a service with a meter or a subpanel

If you are allowed to use alluminum you can save a lot of money check with the town or ahd to see if it allowed. Aluminum feeders are being allowed more and more because of the price of copper and if you want to bid apples to apples and oranges to oranges. Is it overhead or underground do you need to add a pole around me 200a is 75 ft max overhead use aluminum at least to the meter and enter the building in copper. The biggest problem with aluminum is electricians who dont terminate properly. Refer to manufacturers instructions for proper termination techniques. The next question is the 1000 feet of subpanel feeder I would have to run them through the voltage drop calculations to see if the feeders need to be upped one or possibly two sizes for the voltage drop 3% max a lot of contractors wouldnt even consided this and just run 6 wire. are you pulling a ground or using the pipe how many j boxes weatherproof or recessed or surface mount how many receptacles switches a device count would be nice 6 times 13 is a big diference from 6 times 8 times 4 floors how far is the average of all these receptacles and what is the wiring method mc cable or pipe?????
