HELP! 690.13 ratings?

Hello, I have had an installer ask me for the ratings on this label, see attached.

Job info: 12 Longi 355 panels and 12 IQ8M microinverters (System size is 3.9kW)

My first question is are the ratings I have called out correct?
and the second question is what are the missing ratings?

Cannot see attached photo. Can you explain what ratings you are being asked for? Most PV I deal with is only interested in system AC generation and panel DC generation. But that is just for utility interconnection approval.
