Help deciding on wire exiting sub-panel

Hello all,

I need help deciding on what conductor to use.
Currently have a small-sub panel being fed by 10/3 w ground, from 30 amps 2-pole. When exiting the sub panel, what type/ size of wire should I use.

Outdoor pavilion(no inspection required)
Plan on using 3/4 EMT(already have some)
Load will be 4 can lights, one TV, two outdoor receptacles,
(possibly one cool vintage coke machine)
Thanks in advance. I am a distribution lineman for the local utility, this is not my normal operation.
