Help Finding Code Article

I'm trying to find the section concerning conductors in conduit that enter the top of a panel and are not required to be derated if the conduit is not over a certain length. I found where a nipple not exceeding 24" is not counted, but that is not what I'm looking for. I'm probably blind, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for!

Although the article itself doesn't say anything about derating, it kind of goes along with it provided the section of conduit doesn't exceed 24".

I'm used to looking in the handbook if I can't find it on my computer. The handbook mentions that if the raceway doesn't exceed 24" it doesn't have to be derated.
I had remembered seeing that and that is why I asked the question the way I did.

Well not really the only reason I asked it the way I did. I was in an extreme hurry when I posted, and that's what came out when I typed it!
