I am trying to look up flexible cords. I look under flexible cords it says to see cords,flexible so i look there and it tells me to see cords lexible. I am confused, not that that is new for me
help finding code section

You're obviously studying for a test. And one trick test-writers use is to find quirks like this in the Code to waste your time. This ploy is the oldest trick in the book. Just skim through the index and you'll see it's rife with BlahBlahBlah, see YayayYadaYada.
Take a little time and learn the structure & layout of the Code. It's easy to find........ look at one of the first Sections....... 90.3 to be precise.
Once you learn where in the NEC it will be, you can flip right to the Table of Contents and find it quicker.
