How to remove floor outlet that has no screws? The brass cover plate has screws but none for the plastic outlet. ??

seems there are many possibilities after removing the cover screws, but we have no details to go in any particular direction.

Thank you. I finally found it, have not seen one like these two. (17 years old) The brass cover is removed with screws. Then the outlet is exposed, but no screws. All is plastic around the outlet which is still contained in the brass fixture. The plastic flat piece around the outlet had to be pried up and removed, exposing all the screws. No tab or slot, to pry, only a hairline crack that required a small screwdriver to get into it. I broke the other plastic part trying. Luckily, the customer was wanting them replaced. I was baffled, thank you.
