Does anyone know where to order the pre-printed permit applications with your business info already on it? I checked the DCA site but came up empty. Maybe I just didn't see it.

You could try this site but I'm unsure if these are universally accepted around the state.

This site has the forms http://www.nj.gov/njbusiness/licenses/construction/forms.shtml , if you have a PDF program that has the form fill feature active, you can fill in the blanks on the form with your business information, and print as many forms as you need.
