I'm working on documenting some existing panel schedules where the original stickers are not in good condition. This is a ~100 year old warehouse with multiple eras of electrical upgrades. So peeling back the layers to start assessing issues and working towards some improvements and possibly a new service upgrade.

I have this ITE panel which has part of the original door identification sticker missing:
Panel A Label

Panel A breakers

Questions:
1. Is there any other locations on this panel I should be looking to identify the model # and ratings?
2. If I am looking at the label correctly the top four spaces are not allowed to be tandem breakers yet I have a tandem in #2.

Panel B is a Gould/ITE as well. This one is missing the door sticker as well.
Panel B

Again - need to see if I can ID this one to an actual model # but assuming it is similar in design, I have concern about the tandems located at the top, and how many in general.

Panel A is a ITE Imperial Corp. panel from the mid 1970's, the panel data if still present, is on the side wall of the box, visible after removing the cover, after Gould Inc. bought ITE, in '76 they were redesigned & the data became visible on the door.
