Hi everyone this is my first post! I have Resulted to finding my own meter base for my house. Can anyone help me identify this one. I was told it’s 400a and will accept 2x200’s. I don’t know if it’s on the list for Approved Duke Enegy

This appears to be a DIY question as your occupation is computer , not electrically related. We are not allowed to assist DIYers per forum rules.
 
I'm not a DIY but as you know it's hard finding meter bases. I'm only trying to source a Meter base so they can finish my house. I have no interest in blowing myself up :)
